Jesus Christ IS God worship HIM, he's worthy

Isaiah 9:6 – For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

John 8:58 – Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.”

John 10:30-33 – Jesus answered them, “I and My Father are one.” Then the Jews took up stones again to stone Him. Jesus answered them, “Many good works I have shown you from My Father. For which of those works do you stone Me?” The Jews answered Him, saying, “For a good work we do not stone You, but for blasphemy, and because You, being a Man, make Yourself God.”

John 14:9-11 – Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?”

1 Timothy 3:16 – And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up in glory.

Revelation 1:8 – “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”

2 John 1:7 – For many deceivers have gone out into the world who do not confess Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

      1. It’s a reference to Matthew 6:24.

But let me quote Christopher Hitchens to clarify my statement:

“..the central doctrine of Jesus of Nazareth: Take no thought for tomorrow.

No investment, no thrift, no care for your children, that you should abandon your family. No worry about construction, about investment, about anything. Just follow me.

Ridiculous. An immoral proposition that C.S.Lewis so cleverly, and I must say for him very honestly puts it:

Means that the man must either been a maniac, a sick man, an evil man or he must have believed that the world was coming immediately to an end, and he was commanded to announce this fact to the deluded bronze-age inhabitants of Palestine.

Because if he didn’t believe that, he didn’t believe he was divinely mandated then his words would not have been inaccurate or false they would’ve been wicked.”

      2. I just want to quickly begin by saying my response will be in sections because every time is type then flip to another web page to say copy and paste a bible verse into this comment by the time I’ve done that my whole message has wiped out and I have to start again so please be patient here it goes….

      3. I want to also start off by saying forgive any spelling errors and I have limited time to reply at this stage so I’m not going to be proof reading I’m just typing from my heart. I want to say I wouldn’t normally approve of a response on my blog that ignorantly speaks about my God Jesus Christ but The Lord has filled my heart with such love and compassion for you that I have accepted the response on my page only so I can shed some light on the bible verse you shared above Matthew 6:34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

      4. This is my own view to begin with…how can you not see the goodness in that message all Jesus words are life they are light, evil perceives his words as darkness. Jesus is saying why worry about tomorrow today is what matters how can worrying change anything thing. Do you understand how many people commit suicide and divorce and rob and commit many crimes because they worry about tomorrow. The Lord tells us not to worry for OUR OWN SAKES. Us worrying doesn’t affect Jesus he’s King he’s God our opinions and actions don’t affect him but he’s righteous and cares for us. If you changed the way you looked at that verse then you would see it’s all light. Here’s a bible verse…

      5. I just tried to find the bible verse there’s a break between this paragraph and the last paragraph I posted as I went to another web page to find the bible verse that states in the Old Testament that humans actions the evil we do doesn’t harm God because he’s God he’s the highest and the verse states that humans evil affects other humans not God but because God is righteous and loves us he punishes wicked he’s Holy and doesn’t tolerate evil. Your proberley thinking what has this got to do with our conversation but what I’m trying to get at is that Jesus came here in flesh for our benefit his words he spoke were all for our good for our benefit. He didn’t need to suffer for us he didn’t need to spend his time teaching the people day and night but he did and still does because he cares. If you knew my God you would perceive his words as light as good as holy as words that bring life.there are always two perspectives to everything and we either have a evil eye or look through the Lords eyes. In the bible verse as you quoted matthew 6:34

      6. My comment only makes reference to the phrasing, “no thought for the morrow”. The rest, which are of other men, makes the argument.

Did Christ not expect this of his disciples & followers? To leave their work & families, and follow him. (Rhetoric)

The “ignorant words” on Christ are by CS Lewis, arguably the greatest Christian apologist of the modern era, and Christopher Hitchens, who was more well read and knowledgable on the bible than most.

        I wouldn’t lightly discount them.

  1. You totally misunderstood it, or maybe you didn’t misunderstand maybe to you it is a evil verse only The Lord knows your heart buts it The Lord who has put on my heart to reply to you and in love because he cares for you. Please re read that verse and just sit back and ponder the evils in this world because people care about tomorrow, people care about tomorrow so much they pile wealth for themselves so they won’t go hungry yet TODAY if they cared about today and not tomorrow they would share all they had with the hungry because to them today’s important not tomorrow. If people listened to Jesus and didn’t worry about tomorrow many wouldn’t commit suicide or abort helpless unborn babies many wouldn’t leave husbands or wives heartbroken and depressed. Many wouldnt fall to depression many wouldn’t be so preoccupied with tomorrow that they fail to spend quality time with their children but because they care about tomorrow and worry their children go unnoticed and their children start feeling rejected and unloved. If many didn’t worry about tomorrow this world wouldn’t be so polluted and the resources would be used properly. If many didn’t worry about tomorrow instead of building bigger cities they would build homes for the homeless. Jesus said these words for our benefit but the world loves darkness more than light that’s why the world is so messed up that’s why the horrific crimes are increasing that’s why people love is waxing cold that’s why the world is going to perish. Please sit back and ponder these things what I’m telling you the sermon on the mount is beautiful if you hate evil you will love Jesus he is not evil, evil is not in him he is pure and holy.

  2. You mentioned about Jesus saying not caring for your children. When Jesus calls people to follow him he says just follow me which is correct a disciple of Jesus follows him where he leads. Do you not understand that when you follow Jesus if he happens to take you away from you children and that’s if………we all have a unique purpose did you not perceive that when he says that to some that it will be HIM who takes care of those peoples children because they trusted in The Lord. Did you not know that the people who truly trust Jesus their cup will be overflowing their children will be called blessed. The Lord is not evil his thoughts towards us a good they are for our good his yoke is light. You obviously have read the bible verse if you do not hate your children or husband or wife you are not fit to enter Heaven I apologise If that’s not the exact wording. But here’s the thing the lords words are hidden from those who don’t have a pure heart so most of the world reading that verse will NOT comprehends it. Remember in The bible how Jesus said to his disciples if you do not eat his flesh and drink his blood

  3. cannot abide in him. And many disciples could not stand his words and walked away from him. Jesus words are hard but they bring life. I’ll share my own wee testimony on this I’m a mother of two young boys 1 and 2 I also have a husband who really opposes Jesus but The Lord has softened his heart that my husband allows me to serve Jesus and to teach my boys about Jesus. Before I met Jesus I was horrible to my husband I had adulterous thoughts I disrespected him I yelled at him,I undermined him I was rude. I was unpaitient with my children I would go and party on a Saturday night only once in awhile but that’s still wrong instead of being a mother that night. And then I met Jesus and I fell in love because he taught me so much and set me free from many things his words even though they may sound hard when I listen and obeyed (ate them up) I would be in so much peace. When I gave my life to Jesus there was a stage in my relationship I had to choose my husband or Jesus not because Jesus was pushing me away from my husband but because my husband was pushing me away from Jesus in my heart I was set to loose everyone over Jesus but I trusted Jesus would heal my relationship my marriage because I know The Lord hates divorce and he loves my husband. I trusted Jesus and he blessed me. Jesus taught me to respect my husband to have not adulterous thoughts to be gentle with him and my babies. Jesus taught me to listen to my husband to most of all respect him in many peoples eyes I hated my husband because I was always talking about Jesus. I didn’t have daily updates on my facebook about my children but instead of Jesus he had and has my heart. However when I put Jesus first and he was my first love over everyone the love he made me feel for my husband and children was much more than when I didn’t love Jesus most and first. The love Jesus put in my heart for my husband and children became a pure love and when I didn’t love Jesus first that love I had for my family was not a pure love it was conditional love even though that sounds really horrible it is the truth. I hope that makes sense when we have Jesus Christ as our first love and he fills our hearts with greater love than we had before, for our loved ones.

  4. There are things I went though with my husband that most peoples marriages would have been destroyed but Jesus taught me how to love my husband unconditionally keeping my vows no matter what. Anyone can read a bible and the bible verses and everyone will have a different perspective base do their own minds. Only the few that humble themselves before Jesus and instead of understanding everything in their own minds and trust The Lord on understanding will be then given understanding a understanding that’s hidden from the rest of the world.

  5. Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;

Do not lean on your own understanding because you will be wrong. Instead trust The Lord to give you understanding about all things pray and seek him turn away from evil and The Lord will start revealing himself to you. I’m sorry this is so long but The Lord put it on my heart to respond to you.

I do love Jesus more than anyone and if I don’t I ask The Lord to correct me. Because I have listened to The Lord the intense arguments me and my husband had for 6 years ceased they no longer exist. My husband is loved so much more with The Lord being number one than before I knew Jesus. If there’s a verse in the bible that you perceive to be evil ask The Lord for understanding maybe he will have mercy on you and reveal the truth to you.

I just want to end this saying please repent of the words you have spoke in ignorance about Jesus Christ. Jesus who is God came to earth has a human to die for our sins he didn’t have to do this he’s God he’s the King of Kings what ruler do you know that would die for you ??? none. But Jesus is greater than ALL rulers than anything that’s in existance because he created everything. You just be greatful that Jesus is who he is that he’s a great merciful God and that he’s still reaching out to you to this day any other King Would never do that for you and any other king is only a human anyway not God. Did you read about what the people did to Jesus they beat him mocked him stripped him and crucified him, can’t you see how humble and great he is. He was God in flesh sinless came and died for our sins he even loved those who were crucifying him and asked the Father for their forgiveness. Cannot you not see this. Jesus is God and to this day instead of just relaxing back in Heaven he is day and night calling us to repentance calling us in his pure mercy. Forgiving us for our great sins even those sins we commit against him personally. He is a great and wonderful God a mighty counsellor and I’m so sad to see that the enemy has blinded you. You still have hope and I pray that you repent.

  6. Sorry last thing I wanted to add below is part of your response…..

Means that the man must either been a maniac, a sick man, an evil man or he must have believed that the world was coming immediately to an end, and he was commanded to announce this fact to the deluded bronze-age inhabitants of Palestine.

I want to reply to that, for the inhabitants of Israel that Jesus was speaking to the world was ending for them are any on this earth today? the world has ended already for them. The people Jesus physically spoke to lives were about to end, our lives are but a moment a blink of an eye. The world ended for them the moment they took their last breath. Jesus makes no mistakes Jaco. Even in this day today could be our last day. It was the last days when Jesus spoke to the inhabitants of Israel one thousand years for us is a day for The Lord. And today we still are in the last days in fact the last seconds the only reason were still standing is because of the Lords mercy make no mistake Jesus is swiftly returning. You say Jesus must have been a sick man, he certainly was NOT Jaco please watch your tongue. That reminds me of something. My extended family are unbelievers okay. Now before I gave my life to Jesus I had anger problems, jealousy issues, insecurity issues, rage, selfishness to the extreme I drunk alcohol and would do stupid things I had no direction I was lost. My family knew I needed help for my anger. I was depressed lonley sick physically. People hardly blinked a eye because it’s normal in this world. I gave my life to Jesus he healed me physically he took my anger and rage away and my family who are unbelievers do testify the miracle that my anger was extreme and that I was completely healed in a instant the day I gave my life to Jesus. Jesus changed my heart took the selfishness away the rage the jealousy he gave me a SOUND mind. He taught me self respect and respect of my elders and husband he taught and still is teaching me to be a good mother and yet my unbelieving family are now worried for me because I witness for Jesus because of my testimony because I don’t drink alcohol and smoke and curse and dress immorally. Because I prefer to be a mother than go out and about with my friends. Because I no longer be rude and stand up for myself the way people of this world do. Now everyone is worried about me I must be sick in their eyes. Yet no one wanted to help when I really was sick a slave to sin. Do you see, your perspective is dangerously incorrect Jaco Jesus was perfect he came to heal the sick and set free the slaves to sin but those who love wickedness hate Jesus because he convicts them of their sins they don’t want to come to the light in order to be exposed and healed they much prefer darkness. Please just take a step back and really consider the path you are going down.

  7. Calm down, love. I apologise for the offence. I forget sometimes how single-minded people can be in their devotion to Christ, and how sacred He is to them. And I shouldn’t, I was a born-again Christian for seven years.

Jesus had a profoundly positive impact on your life, I get that. That’s cool. I’m glad you’re happy. If you don’t do anyone any harm, stick to what works for you.

I do find it hard not to challenge people on it, generally. I see so many things that I despise from religious folk the teaching of bad science, abjection of woman and their rights, bigotry of gay people and not giving them equal marriage rights, etc etc. I’m not necessarily referencing you here, I don’t know you at all. But generally, unfortunately, Christians, and other faiths, so often do things that I hate.

I feel strongly that every person should have the right to hold any belief that they want, but I also think that a belief must earn respect. Some beliefs are better than others. Some are really bad. And so, belief must withstand criticism. No belief is sacred. To treat it as such is irresponsible. Because of this, I don’t mind so much when people hassle and challenge my beliefs. I welcome it, and learn from it. I’ll admit that I also enjoy the argument.

You and I think very differently about the world. There is doubt in my mind that Jesus the man even existed. There is certainly no definitive way to prove he did. But, I concede that he probably did. But I don’t believe for a second that a person defied the laws of nature and death. There is simply no reason to believe it. I also don’t think that God, if the bible is correct, is a good God.

Now, I know God is real to you. He was to me too, for a while. But I know now that I was under a misapprehension, I can explain why I felt like I did. Maybe you’re right. Maybe Jesus helped you to change into a better person. But I think you deserve the credit, instead, if I’m honest.

Sin is a religious concept. One I vehemently reject. It’s a poisonous idea. The biblical doctrines, of original sin, atonement, and heaven and hell, are exceedingly wicked in my eyes. They only lead to unnecessary guilt, shame and fear.

I have stepped back and considered my path. I have contemplated it for a long time. And I continue to do so, and I’m willing to change my beliefs based on where the evidence leads. At the moment, I can say that I’m rationally and emotionally convinced that God, at least the Christian one, is a fiction. I can also say that I found my happiness when I left the church. I live a meaningful, productive and moral life. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.

My intention was certainly not to come and challenge and insult something that is so dear to you. My first comment was a throw away comment, and it was probably not worth the time to write it. The second, well you asked for an explanation, and that is really what I think.

Here we are, having both written many words, and remaining unchanged of position. But maybe your readers will be entertained and they can laugh and/or lament the ignorant atheist.

    Take care,
    Jaco

    1. .What happened to you for a born again believer to become a atheist that that breaks my heart. I know how selfish and all my ugly traits that only Jesus could have took away it was a miracle. I truly pray you come back to your first love the narrow path is HARD and many fall away because it is hard Jaco. The fear of the Lord is pure because I fear the Lord I respect police I respect authority honestly Jesus has changed me all glory to him. I meddled in witchcraft Jaco and I’ve seen the demonic spirits I’ve been haunted and they are trying to blind you. Its so extremely hard following Jesus and obviously you know that, at some point in your life you must have loved Jesus. While you are alive its never too late to call out to Jesus and i pray oneday you will wake up and return you still have hope while you are alive and if your ever in trouble remember this call out to Jesus he might have mercy on you

      1. If you’re interested to know how I became a Christian, and then discarded my faith to become an atheist, I invite you to read:

      2. Hi Jaco sorry for the late reply I was very busy yesterday I wanted yo reply to you then. I read your blog and why you are a atheist and while reading your blog I could see there is still hope for you. You mentioned a couple of things that turned you away from Jesus, one was he didn’t answer your prayer to take your sexual desires away, another that you found some Christians inconsistent etc. I want to say Jesus did and does want to heal you, you have to understand though that Jesus is King everything is done in his perfect timing. It like a test in a way will we turn away from Jesus and hate him because he didn’t give us what we want when we want. Our faith is always tested until the end that’s why Jesus said those who endure to the end will be saved. Jesus turns no one away and if you return to him and wait on him how we should as he’s the King not us then he will heal you in his timing but be sure and know he will do it he doesn’t tarry. Your faith may have been tested and because Jesus didn’t meet your requests at your timing you got mad, He understands your pain and frustrations his thoughts towards us are good there was a reason he didn’t answer your prayer in your expected timing, maybe he was teaching you faith and patience. Look at how many years Abraham had to wait for his promised son he never turned away or doubted once. The other thing you mentioned is that some Christians were inconsistent etc. Well my reply is of course they are there are billions of self confessed Christians Jesus will say to many in that day go away I never knew you, these were Christians who cast out demons and done many miracles……only Jesus knows our hearts we never know each others thoughts and motives but Jesus does. Many are not following Jesus because they love him but rather what they can get from him he knows this. If we start looking at other Christians our focus is off Jesus and then we will start to sink. Never look up to or down to another Christian if they are slipping don’t Judge Jesus and think there are so many fake Christians Jesus must be fake, that’s complete disbelief. Sadly this is a very hard walk very few enter the promised land I wish I could say we all do, you yourself got a taste of the difficult walk. I loved the fact you had enough faith to lay hands on your boss. Don’t feel you need to apologise you blessed him. I pray you come back to Jesus he is real he is returning and in these last days the devil is blinding many the great falling away is happening please wake up.

    2. I’m a born again believer in Jesus Christ.. I don’t discriminate against people I discriminate against sin, period.. Christ(God) hates sin so as his disciple so do I.. That includes ALL sin.. Now since you mentioned sodomites and lesbians getting married, let me speak on that.. God instituted marriage for ONE reason and 2 of the same gender CAN NOT fulfill that reason, to PROCREATE.. But like I previously stated I disagree with sin all across the board.. Fornication, hatred, abortion, adultery, idolatry, lieing, stealing, witchcraft, lust, same sex affection, birth control, not taking care of your children, shacking up, lascivious behavior, being a drunkard, getting high, listening to ungodly music, being scornful, back bitting, gossiping, tattoos, refusing to eat meat, reveling, variance, evil hypocrisies, swearing of oaths, and anything else that separates you from God….

      1. Dear lutherpage,

“Hate the sin, love the sinner” is, in most cases, an empty sentiment. Christians’ discrimination, against what they believe to be “sin”, typically compels them to discriminate against people—despite the fact that the “sinners” are normal, good citizens; gay couples cause no more harm than straight ones.

Now, if the discrimination against gay people was merely opinion, we could be done with it. It’s neither kind nor loving, but there are no laws against disagreeable opinions, as it should be. Unfortunately, many Christians don’t limit themselves to voicing their opinions; they step over the line without justification and act on their discrimination by trying to deny people—even people who do not believe as they do—of civil rights.

We live in a society—at least, I do—governed by civil laws, not religious ones. And there are very good reasons for this, not the least of which is that it generally benefits all tribes and not just the Christian one.

Marriage is a civil construct that predates Christianity. Christians don’t get to define it for everyone else by themselves. They’re welcome, of course, to hold religious ceremonies and define what it means for them, but that metaphysical agreement before God should not be confused with the agreement made before the state.

Even under Christian theology, I don’t think it’s correct to say that marriage was instituted for just one reason. Is it simply tough luck for infertile people or the elderly? Should they not get married? Are their marriages meaningless? No. And so it is with gay couples.

        Take care,
        Jaco

PS I did not know that eating meat keeps me closer to God. That’s bizarre.

  8. Do you think because Jesus answered those asking him if he was taht person with “I am” that this would mean he was God? So all those people answering the phone and answering on the question if they are so and so who reply with “i am” are God!

There is only One God, the Father of Jesus who is also our Father. Jesus is the son of God and not God the son, which would make him a second god, and the Holy Spirit if that is a person a third god.

Where in Scriptures is written that Jesus is God?

    1. I’ll post the scriptures that I know that refer Jesus to as God okay.

Matthew 1:23 – “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.”

Isaiah 9:6 – For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

      1. Many children are called Immanuel or Emmanuel. do you consider them to be God?
Pharao was called a god like Jesus, Madonna, Spears, Maradonna and so many sport idols and filmstars are called god by many, but do you think those men and women are rally The God, Creator of heaven and earth?

Did the God Who does not tell lies according to you did not tell the truth or did tell a lie when He said “This is my beloved son”?

“16 And Jesus when he was baptized, went up straightway from the water: and lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove, and coming upon him; 17 and lo, a voice out of the heavens, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” (Matthew 3:16-17 ASV)

      2. Jesus Christ is the son of God I believe that, but he is also God he the Father and the Holy Spirit and one and you cannot divide them. If The Father shares his glory with no one then why has he made Jesus name above ALL names he’s why in revelations does Jesus say I’m the first and the last. In regards to a child being called

      3. Immanuel or Emmanuel I certainly do not believe they are God with us just because their parents have given them that name. There are people called Jesus in this world do I believe because they are called Jesus that they are JESUS no way never.

      4. In regards to pharaoh just because he was referred to as a god by the lost does that meen I believe he was in any way a god not at all that’s unthinkable. Maradona etc I do not believe to be deity either that’s idol worshipping

      5. And with my own mouth I declare Jesus Christ is the son of God of course I believe that, Jesus came to me himself and explained who he is and he said to me the Father and I are one we cannot be divided if Jesus and the Father are one and cannot be divided and we know there is only one God then we know that Jesus is God because he cannot be one with the Father and have all the glory bestowed upon him if he’s not God. Jesus has always existed remember in genesis it’s says LET US MAKE MAN IN OUR IMAGE was The Lord talking to another god no that’s unthinkable it was the Father and Jesus who are ONE, ONE GOD ONE SAVIOUR.

      6. If Jesus is God then he must be one with the Father. If you do Not believe Jesus is God then in your heart you cannot possibly worship him as he’s worthy to be worshipped. When I didn’t believe Jesus was God in the past I couldn’t worship him because I didn’t understand who he was. I’ll leave you with one question do you believe Jesus name is the name above ALL names.

        May Jesus bless you

  9. In the book of Isaiah it says that the child born (Jesus Christ ) would be called everlasting Father

This next verse is my favourite and a very powerful verse
Isaiah 43:10,11 – “You are My witnesses,” says the Lord, “And My servant whom I have chosen, That you may know and believe Me, and understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, Nor shall there be after Me. I, even I, am the Lord, AND BESIDES ME THERE IS NO SAVIOR.”

Can’t you understand that the Father in the Old Testament is saying there is no savior apart from him means what he says, how can Jesus Christ be the savior of mankind if he’s not God? Jesus is to be worshipped worship him he is so worthy. Jesus is the name above all names under Heaven and earth how could Jesus name be above the Father if he isn’t one with the Father as he stated many times that he and his Father are ONE. Not two not separate not three but ONE. ONE God no other Gods before him or after him ever.

  10. Here’s another two versus very powerful versus
John 8:24 – “Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I AM He, you will die in your sins.”

John 8:58 – Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.”

    And again another two versus…

John 14:9-11 – Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?”

John 20:28 – And Thomas answered and said to Him, “My Lord and my God!”

Revelation 1:8 – “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”

And another one of my favourites
1 Timothy 3:16 – And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up in glory.

GOD WAS MANIFESTED IN THE FLESH

I heard A Cristian once say Jesus is the son of God because he took on human flesh
    Also in Joel 2:32
    Joel 2:32
    King James Version (KJV)
32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.

And I’ll end this with one more verse read the book of Zechariah

    Zechariah 12:10
    King James Version (KJV)
10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have PIERCED, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

I pray you understand who Jesus is ask him in prayer I did and that’s how I’m certain I know who he is because he answered me himself and my trust is in him not humans. Jesus bless you

    1. When somebody ask you if you are such and such and you say “I am her/he” would you think that be a proof of you being God. Also when Jesus confirmed he was the person they where talking about he did not say he was God.

we all are made in the image of God, so we do all have elements of God in us. We also should become one with Christ and put on his armour, but that would not make us to become Christ himself in person like it did not with Christ he becoming God. we becoming like Christ shall also not become God, though we also should become united and be in union with God like Christ was in union with his Father.

By the way, the major pluralis or god speaking in the plural form has nothing to do with having more people speaking or about more people spoken of. Any higher person, king, emperor CEO responsible of a company or organisation shall still speak with “we” but his company or the member of the company or the organisation or not all the same person. but also when that higher person speaks about Himself he stall still use the “We” (Please do find our article, or others, on the Pluralis Major)

If you trust Jesus why do you not believe the things Jesus says about him and his Father, like they are notated in the Scriptures?

You give the impression Jesus told lies when he said he did not know who would be sitting next to him in the Kingdom of God, or when the end-times would come,. He even said he did not know when he himself would return to the earth. So did he then tell lies, because God knows everything?

  11. When Jesus did come to you, you better ask him then why he said the “Father is greater than me” and “I can not do anything without the father”. You also best ask him why he did not tell the truth to his followers on different occasions. And why did he ask why God had abandoned him when he himself is God. How can somebody abandon himself?

    1. The Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are one. That’s why Isaiah prophesied

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

    2. Matthew 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

Jesus never lied he was sinless he can’t lie he’s the way the truth the life, there’s no darkness in him his followers knew very well that he was God in Flesh.

For a short time for his purpose Jesus became for awhile a little lower than the angels he was a servant to us all until his purpose was fulfilled.

He humbled himself on this earth he was a great example.

    3. 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 The same was in the beginning with God.

3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.

7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.

8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.

9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.

10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.

11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.

12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

      1. …10″You are My witnesses,” declares the LORD, “And My servant whom I have chosen, So that you may know and believe Me And understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, And there will be none after Me. 11″I, even I, am the LORD, And there is no savior besides Me. 12″It is I who have declared and saved and proclaimed, And there was no strange god among you; So you are My witnesses,” declares the LORD, “And I am God.…

    1. I was exactly like you I had the same beliefs in regards to Jesus and the Father I never understood or agreed in my own mind that Jesus was God Almighty. Until oneday I met Jesus not though going to church or other people but through his Holy Spirit. I was leading a life of sin and I started receiving dreams that I couldn’t understand dreams of me waiting for judgement I also knew with all my soul that I was going to die soon. I was also woken to a audible voice a couple of times that’s sounded like many waters, saying the garments you shall wear shall be real to be a bride. This was when I was a lost soul. I cried out to God I immediately heard his voice to read the bible and stop watching t.v. He lead me to throw all my clothing that was un holy out expensive clothing. He stopped me committing fornication immediately he got me praying everyday he separated me from all my friends and family so I could walk the narrow path with him alone. He immediately healed a physical issue I had he also delivered me immediately of my spirit of rage. He also stopped me doing many immoral things immediately and he stopped me listening to

    2. Unholy music immediately there us so much more it happened overnight I was born again in a instant I heard Jesus voice for myself I was a. New person my old desires have now gone and my outlook on life is completely different there is soooo much more that I could give Jesus glory for. I stated earnestly praying and I know Jesus saved me from the pit of hell I knew it was my last chance. I also prayed so frustrated because I would pray to the Father and then I would start talking to Jesus this would go on for a long time I would feel disrespectful to the Father and apologize because I saw him as God which he is but not Jesus as God. I had a sincere heart I just wanted the TRUTH I would pray Father am I allowed to pray to Jesus I just couldn’t understand Jesus in regards to the Father. Oneday I was vacuming and a gush of wind entered my abdomen and said to me the Father and I are one you cannot divide us. This was Jesus revealing himself to me. All of a sudden I read the bible with understanding the jigsaw fit together I wasn’t just basing my beliefs on what I though and my opinions that’s of the flesh and the flesh cannot please the Father. You don’t have to believe me and I say don’t take my word go to Jesus yourself ask. I

    3. Once I have this supernatural experience I could worship the Father for real because I was worshipping Jesus Christ, Jesus is the alpha and the omega Muslims, Jehovah witnesses, Mormons all don’t worship the true God because they cannot understand who Jesus is because they try to figure hi. Out with their own minds or they accept a lie from the devil. The bible you read and study testifies right from Genesis who Jesus is. Have you met Jesus for real or are you just accepting what you believe in your own mind. Have you havd a supernatural experience have you met the Holy one of Israel. Ps sorry for all my typo errors my ipad will not let me correct them

    4. Nothing I say or do will convince you but all I ask is to pray with all your heart and soul for the truth and wait until The Lord responds to you. I’ve had many Christians and unbelievers persecute me for my testimony on Jesus. I’ll tell you now the Pharisees also persecuted Jesus because they understood he was telling them that he is God. God came to earth in the flesh as Jesus Christ the world was made by him and the world knew him not, Jesus referred to the son of God because he came as a man as a vessel to serve his purpose that he may die for us so that we can live because that’s how much he loved us.

Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

    6. “Then I turned to see the voice that was speaking to me, and on turning I saw seven golden lampstands, and in the midst of the lampstands one like a son of man, clothed with a long robe and with a golden sash around his chest. The hairs of his head were white like wool, as white as snow. His eyes were like a flame of fire, his feet were like burnished bronze, refined in a furnace, and his voice was like the roar of many waters. In his right hand he held seven stars, from his mouth came a sharp two-edged sword, and his face was like the sun shining in full strength. When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. But he laid his right hand on me, saying, ‘Fear not, I am the first and the last, and the living one. I DIED, and behold I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of Death and Hades. Write therefore the things that you have seen, those that are and those that are to take place after this. As for the mystery of the seven stars that you saw in my right hand, and the seven golden lampstands, the seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands are the seven churches.’” Revelation 1:12-20; cf. 2:8, 21:6, 22:13; Isaiah 41:4, 44:6, 48:12
